Service
These terms govern use of ELLECTRA smart relay controllers, the ELLECTRA app, cloud service and support resources. By creating an account or activating a controller, you agree to these terms.
Electrical installation
Controllers connected to mains electricity must be installed and serviced by a qualified electrician according to the supplied unit documentation and local electrical rules. Disconnect power before installation or service. ELLECTRA is not responsible for unsafe, incompatible or unauthorized wiring.
Accounts and security
Provide accurate information, keep credentials private and notify us of suspected unauthorized access. A controller may be bound only to an authorized customer account. You may not bypass product activation, access another customer’s devices, probe the service or interfere with its operation.
Connectivity and third-party services
Remote control depends on electricity, Wi-Fi, internet, ELLECTRA cloud availability and any linked voice-assistant service. Physical switches are designed to remain usable without internet, but remote availability is not guaranteed. Google Home and Amazon Alexa are optional third-party services governed by their own terms.
Purchases and warranty
Model ratings, price, warranty and installation scope are stated in the quotation or invoice for the supplied unit. Contact ELLECTRA before connecting loads not listed for that unit. Unauthorized modification, incorrect installation, water damage and operation outside specified ratings may void warranty support.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service for unlawful, hazardous or life-safety applications, or where delayed or failed operation could cause injury or serious property damage. ELLECTRA controllers are not emergency, medical or industrial safety systems.
Limitation
To the extent allowed by law, ELLECTRA is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from internet interruption, third-party services, incompatible appliances or unauthorized installation. Consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
